A Student Planning to Bomb The Home George W. Bush

Texas - A Saudi student who plans to bomb the home of former President George W. Bush in Texas was sentenced to life in prison. Courts ensure Khalid Aldawsari, was arrested in June for attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, is serious about his plan.

FBI discovered bomb-making materials in the home the 22-year boy in Lubbock, Texas. In addition to the Bush administration, nuclear power plants and hydroelectric dams are also on the target list.

Aldawsari investigation began when buying U.S. $ 435 worth of materials from chemical companies to arouse suspicion. He is known to purchase phenol, which can be used to make explosives. On the seller, he simply stated that the material for "off-campus study."

The merchants were suspicious and report them to the FBI. Aldawsari later canceled the order, change to buy nearly eight gallons (30 liters) of concentrated nitric acid and three gallons of concentrated sulfuric acid, prosecutors said.

Just before he was arrested, federal agents secretly searched his apartment and found explosive chemicals, wires, detonators, and a video showing how to make explosives.

The FBI also found evidence that Aldawsari had been researching targets, including the Bush home in Dallas, he called "A Tyrant".
