NSA Intercepted Phone 5 Billion People Around the World

National Security Agency (NSA) or the U.S. National Security Agency defensive over leaked reports that the NSA intercepted phone 5 billion people around the world in a day. NSA wiretapping claims that under existing laws and orders of the President of U.S.. Leaked report was sourced from NSA whistleblower, Edward Joseph Snowden, 30. Not only tapped, the NSA was quoted as saying the Washington Post, in a sophisticated way claimed to track the location of the cell phone is tapped.

NSA, yesterday, refused to reveal the phone number of the data they contained. NSA also denied their technology able to track any mobile phone that was tapped. "NSA did not know, and can not track the location of mobile phones," said a spokesman for the NSA, Vanee Vines in a statement.

Vines said the phone tapping was carried out under the orders of the White House, which is known as Executive Order 12333. Before that, U.S. officials also have made a defense of the actions of the NSA. Robert Litt, general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, said: "There is no element of intent, that the intelligence community collects phone location information in bulk".

Another official claimed intercepts only intended to strangers. "Like other penyadappan activities, NSA states that cell phone location tracking program aimed at foreigners, and Americans. Information is intercepted just a coincidence, "said Elizabeth Goitein, co-director of the Brennan Center Liberty and National Security Program.
