Roscoe Pound 1870

Roscoe Pound famous as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Harvard University with a lot of papers about the Science of Law (Jurisprudence).He was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Lecture at the University of Nebraska, majoring in Botany and achieving a Ph.D. degree Botany. Skills he had about botany enable him achieve the position of Director of Botanical Survey of Nebraska despite 22 years of age. The position was passed for 8 years.Pound taking college courses part-year 3 annual lecture at Harvard Law School, therefore, does not take a college degree. He returned to Nebraska to practice law. And soon the lectures at the Faculty of Law, University of Nebraska. After two years of teaching, he became the Dean of the Faculty of Law. At age 37 he moved to teach for a while at North Western University and Chicago University, and three years later at Harvard. He served on Harvard Law School for 37 years before retiring and teaching duties he carried out several short-term programs.Pound served as a judge on the Nebraska Commission of Appeals for 2 years, began his 30 year old.He took part in events on issues of law making (legislative) as the Commission on Uniform State Law for the State of Nebraska. He studied the administrative procedural law and as a member of the Hoover Presidential Commissioner for law enforcement, there known as the Wickersham Commission and engaged themselves with the spirit of enthusiasm on issues of national violation. Dean Roscoe Pound wrote and worked in the understanding of the law including the collection of statements, known as MY PHILOSOPHY OF LAW, published in 1941.The pound was married twice and is known to have extraordinarily good memory as an expert to talk on the Bar Association and particularly in relation to legal expertise. He received the honor from various universities and educated people around the world. Foreign students who come to the country's more like seeing the work rather than find employment lawyers and other American jurists.
