Greek, drama actor and producer, Laertis Vasiliou, which depicts Jesus Christ and his disciples as followers of homosexual (gay) charged with blasphemy religion, court officials said on Friday. Drama "Corpus Christi" in Athens was canceled this month, after almost daily demonstrations outside the theater by a priest and right-wing groups, including representatives of the ultra-nationalist Golden Dawn.

Charges of "insulting religion" and "malicious defamation" registered after Bishop Seraphim of Piraeus filed a lawsuit against those involved in the drama, officials said.
